No codes? No other symptoms? Try reading codes with something other than your bullydog if you can, I could never get the right codes with them.

Had a very similiar problem wiht ym truck about a year ago. Found that my Speed Sensor went bad. It would make my CC fall flat on its face like yours.

ABS light is usually an easy fix, more often than not it's just the wheel sensor. it's located on the top of the rear diff. Pull the sensor out and clean it, put it back in, should fix it. If not, it may need replacing, I've seen them physically damaged before too.

Sounds like you need to get a better code reader or have a shop scan it for you, those codes really don't help much. Your EGR code is because you have a delete. Since you have an early 04, it doesn't throw a check engine light like it will on late 04/s and 05-07 trucks.

I wonder how much the speed sensor cost and if it would be worth trying .... the stupid truck drives perfect in town though ( which is too work and home for me ) so im not sure as far as the ABS I kinda figured it was the sensor but I didn't know you could clean it so I appreciate that it might save me some money!

Speed Sensors run about $95 at Ford.
