Woud a bad ficm cause the sensor to go bad also?

No. However a stuck IPR could also throw ICP codes.

How is the truck running? How is it starting? Does it start and run at all right now?

P2285 ICP sensor circuit low
p2287 Injector Ctrl Pressure Sens Circ Interm code

Could be a bad ICP sensor... If the truck has troubles starting right now, unplug the sensor and try starting it. This way the PCM bypasses that sensor and defaults to some "standard" setting to get it started.

I read that theres a recall on the icp and ficm wiring is that true.

No. Probably just needs a new ICP sensor, should be in the passenger side valve cover, it's the only thing that passes through the valve cover right there, can't miss it.
