not that the clicking has anything to do with it, but if your truck is 04-06 (still need info on your truck) after about 8 cranks your batteries start to give. Another guy asked earlier what the voltage on your FICM (fuel injection control module) was, and you didn't confirm that either. You may have low voltage on your batteries, or a bad alternator. You should have no less than 11.6V to start, if it is lower, recharge or replace them.
About my question earlier thanks everyone for your help. I ended up removing the cab off my truck, then taking the transmission off to remove the back engine cover, to find the tubes going from my HPOP to the fittings and up to the oil rail where bad. My truck is now fixed, and it was worth the experience!

As well I read in the trucks Tech Order that the hissing sound out of the secondary fuel housing is a normal operational sound. It's basically the sound it makes when the housing fills with fuel.
