I doubt it's the FICM, but that's quick/easy to check. Probably worth it just to gain the knowledge on it. Just google search 6.0 powerstroke FICM test and you'll get a ton of links on how to fix it. In fact I just posted this last week probably 3x, just look some of the older threads or search on here. It will be an easy elimination for you.

Here's a decent article explaining the ICP sensor too. It could be the ICP, but I'm leaning towards it being nothing and it's your first 6.0? Or possibly developing a small high pressure oil leak.
DTS Articles - ICP Sensor Failures
DTS Articles - 6.0L ICP System Leaks
Also, who's tunes are you using?

Having an early 04 myself I am pretty sure it is the ICP, they are in a bad spot on the early motors, they see too much pressure to handle and leak through the sensor itself and the oil impregnates the wires also, the new one comes with new leads as well, replaced mine and within a year it was doing the same thing you are talking about, been doing it for 2 years now so I just live with it, smokes pretty good on restarts every now and then, Oh well//
it can be replaced from up top, remove the degas bottle, remove the FICM on the drivers side valve cover and you will be able to see the sensor on the cast iron HPOP cover, its the one toward the the back, the one toward the front side of that cover is the IPR
