This past weekend I installed the EGr deletion kit on my 2006 6.0. This morning on my way to work crusing at 70MPH I noticed my turbo guage was at 20 psi and stayed there the entire way to work. Before the deletion my PSI at crusing speed of 70 to 75 was in the rage of 10 to 15.
I have a superchips tunner, K&N cold air intake and my cat is gone. Is this normal operating PSI or was my turbo not working properly until I installed the EGR deletion?

That sounds kind of high for cruising, but a lot of factors could change that, like tire size/gears, cab/bed configuration, towing or not blah blah blah.
Try putting the programmer back to stock settings and see what the results are. It's also possible your turbo is gumming up and the vanes are sticking causing this. It's pretty straight forward fix to take it off and clean it though.
Just for fun... lose the K&N. Getting rid of that superchips wouldn't hurt either. JMO!

thanks for the info, the truck has around 113,000 miles, right before the 100,000 mile warranty I had it in the shop to fix a couple of things and they replaced the turbo. What’s odd is it ran ok until I installed the EGR, unfortunately I cant put it back to stock, my programmer was stolen. It sounds like a trip to the dealer to flash the computer.
