No i returned the ficm to ford for 140 core charge. sorry.

So i in the ficm replacement process i had the intake line off the turbo, i reached in and felt for shaft play, there is noticable up and down movement, i know on a cummins you dont want any, i was just wondering if the garrett turbos had a different design that used oil pressure to take up shaft play when running?
