Ebay has RCD egr deletes, u can bid low like 185 and you"ll get it plus free shipping, they also have sinister kits but u cant get them as cheap as the rcd.like Deucer said u can do it urself it just takes time and patience. I would also suggest replacing ur oil cooler while ur in there along with the upgraded oil drain tube if u dont already have it and stc fitting.

only con is that if you need to pass a emission test for your state it won't other than that it is all good lower temps no more egr valve clog nor egr failer and a mor reliable oil cooler if you do the EGR delete i would also do a new oil cooler you are almost all the way there when you do it you can get them both off of e-bay for less than $200 each you will also need a intake gasket set witch is around $25 you can reuse the gaskets on it but they are plastic with ruber o rings on them and the plastic tends to break when you remove them. You can do it all your self if you have basic mechanic skils i have never worked on diesel trucks much and i did this for the first time over x-mas and it took me by myself around 15 hours to do the new oil cooler and EGR delete.

If you do the delete you may get a CEL. The only way to get rid of it would be to get a SCT which means spending 400 more $$$. AND they are illegal...

You can run a stock tune with the EGR function turned off with an SCT you know...

Plus that generally only applies to 05-07 trucks. The 03/04 usually don't get the CEL from a delete setup.

Technically removing a cat or muffler is illegal. I'm sure we could all find something illegal about our trucks.
