Sorry but a Dodge is a Dodge LORDDIESEL! Great motor but everything around it is crap and does not last as long as a Ford! I am thinking that my next truck will be a new Ford. I am just about to the point that I will just buy one in the states and gamble on not having any warranty in Canada or I am going to be playing the bribe game again. It sure is sad how close we are to the states and how different Canadians are treated on the warranty game..

i hear you on the dodge. i'm doing a ford cummins swap myself. As for the new fords, my ford guy has been seeing a lot of the new ones coming in. Lots of oil leaks.. a few drinking the coolant and sending it out the tail pipe and a couple total failures.

My 06 f350 will be the last ford i buy until i see much better improvement. Hell, with all this emissions crap they put on now, it might be my last truck i buy.

I bought my truck used and still get warranty work done usually with a little hassle but in the end they do it.

I would so buy a new 6.7 powerstroke if I could afford one... don't let the emissions stuff scare you on those motors.
