After oil change noise
I did an oil change on my rig, used fleetguard filters from work. I have now noticed the fuel filter on the frame rail, the pump is really loud, not sure why asked the boss he said it could have been because it hasn't been changed in awhile. But the filter that I put in didn't have the screen around it like the old one. Anyone has heard that or know why it does that? Please let me know interested.

Because they're junk filters and don't have the water seperators. I'd use International filters if you can, they're the same as the Ford, and they're cheaper. It shouldn't be making any noises.
It could just be a different tone you're not used to if your last set was really bad. Does it sound like a normal pump whine or is it a different noise?

Hmmm, they're not normally that loud. I'd test fuel pressure. You can hook it up to the fuel bowl on top of the motor, take one of the plugs out and thread in the gauge, see what you get. Really the only way to tell what's going on here. At least if there is an issue with the pump if you have good pressure you wont be hurting the injectors.

I didn't get to test fuel pressure before I left for Michigan, as I was getting on the highway I gave it alittle gas to merge and then noticed I wasn't gaining speed so I pulled over truck was running like it had a miss fire then It shut off, tried restarting it didn't want to so I waited a couple minutes. Truck started but was running extremly rough, let it idle, pump on frame rail was really loud now. Now Im going to replace the pump and fuel filter? Expensive? Or any ideas I had fuel additive in it and it's about 30 degrees out.

I bet the pump is failing, or perhaps you have a leak and you're drawing in air. A weak pump will kill your injectors. With a fuel pressure gauge you can tell when the pump is going bad BEFORE destroying your injectors. A pump is not expensive, but 8 injectors and labor are.
An alternative is the airdog 2 fuel pump, which can be had for around $650 or a little cheaper. Stock pump is a lot cheaper than this. I want to say around $250-$300, not sure.

Don't drive it slow. Babying these trucks is probalby the worst thing for them, the motors need to be worked. If it drives ok, your injectors are probably ok. You'll know when they become a problem, the truck will shudder and miss like crazy. It's probably fine, but a good fuel pressure gauge is still a good idea...
Did your issues go away with the new pump?
