You can buy a used 03 turbo thru eBay, Craig's list, diesel forums (for sale sections).

Or check out the vendors for a new '03 turbo.

 

The powermax spools like stock, the only issue I see is guys don't like them when they just put them on and do nothing else, tuning is KEY to their operation, so I would definitely have my tunes changed if I went with a powermax.

 

I removed my cat and muffler and have it exiting in front of rear tire. All I hear is the whistle of the turbo

 

I was running an '03 turbo for a while before I got my PM. The '03 is loud but the PowerMax is just straight WICKED!!! I've gotten calls from the HOA because people have complained when I'm leaving at o'dark-thirty for work and said that they cannot do anything but ask if I could be more courteous (mainly the high idle for 5 minutes). I obliged and lug her out of the neighborhood and warm her up in the grocery store parking lot about 1/2 mile away
