Default 6.0 Powerstroke stall no start

Hi all I was wondering if I might get a little help with this thing? This 2006 E450 quit while driving down the road and would not re start. towed to shop and here I am. It cranks over well I have scaned codes P0266 cyl#2 balance fault,P0460 Fuel level sensor fault,P2290 ICP too low,P2291 ICP too low eng cranking. I have changed the fuel filters and oil and filter.Pulled The engine computer out and apart and see nothing wrong with it. All voltages seem to be there. It just dosn't seem to want to run. Any help would be great.

Sounds like ICP (injection control pressure) sensor. That would certainly cause it to not run. On an 06, it's on the passenger side valve cover. I believe it has three wires going into it.

The High pressure oil pump may of craped out pull the oil pressure regulator out and check the screen for metal and then you will know. its a pain in the a$$ to do its behind the turbo youll have to make your own socket to fit the regulator or buy one that does. we made one at work when i go to work later il take a pick and let you know the size of the socket.

The screen in the regulator is clear but the sensor that sticks out of the end of it seems kind of loose but not leaking and the PID for that on the Solus seems fine The Pressure sensor on the right side rocker cover on the other hand had the wire pulled tight and kind of stretched to the limit to get it plugged in. Someone else had the engine out of this and didn't ruit the wire in the proper place so it was pulled tight. This is an "E" 450 so the pump behind the turbo is the only thing that is easy and accessable. I wonder if my vantage has pin outs for the harness and what I should have at the end of those wires.

The sensor that gose into the hpop is the injector control pressure regulator(IPR valve)
You need not only to check it for debries but is it flat, pushed in or even riped.
Honestly I'd be looking at a HPOP fault and not an icp sensor.

If you have access to a scan tool watch icp actual and desired while cranking. You need I believe 1200+psi before the ECM will camand fuel injector firing.

Thanks Jegs I have looked at that PID on the Solus it is 1800 in no time when cranking. I think I am going to try the IPC today. I think maby the wires going to it may be hurt.

Wow Kinetic Those links are wierd every time I click on them I get something different. I have Alldata what were you trying to show me I will look it up on ours. They have some security on the site that scrambles the links.

Is the actual at 1800 or is it the desired you see at 1800. If its the actual than there is no hpop problem. Time to check FICM out put power or fuel pressure.

Ok so I start looking at this thing again today and decide to throw an ICP at it being the quickest and easiest thing to do to it. Now my PIDs are different or maby yesterday I was looking at something different. I have a Desired 10553 kp and actual of 255kp max on crank at 145rpm (Sorry for the metric this is Canada). I had the controll Modual apart and don't see any bad solder joints in there and the injecters buzz when I turn the key on.
So now what is the cause of the low presure ?
