Default Puff of white smoke???

I just had new head gaskets, head studs, oil cooler, and egr block installed on my truck 2 weeks ago...i just noticed when i take off from a dead stop normal acceleration a small puff of white looking smoke comes out but only does it right when i push the throttle?

Will it do it in park or neutral? Try and see what it smells like. See if it smells like coolant, or fuel.

You say EGR block, did you just block off the cooler or the valve or delete both or what?

Who did the work? Did you get the heads decked and pressure checked?

It does it in drive...like say stopping at a stop sign then going, right at takeoff. I have the egr valve. My buddy is a service manager at ford. So ford did the work.

Seems to only be doing it more when the engine is still cold. Like this morning I could see it good with headlights behind me going to work still dark outside.

I see a haze behind me too with headlights, but during the day time I can't see it. How bad are we talking here? Hard to say without knowing if it's fuel or coolant, they can both look white.

Just a small white haze right when I touch the pedal to go. It seems to stop once the engine is heated up all the way.

Try doing it in a driveway or something and see if someone can smell it. That will help tremendously. Other than that, I've seen plenty of 6.0's do this though. Could just be moisture built up.
