mad 6.0 needs help

My 04 f-250 6.0 is missing bad. I just had the number 2 injector replaced. The code from the check engine light says low fuel pressure on fuel injector. It's running like crap!! I need help.

First step is to see exactly what fuel pressure you have, even if you have to rent a fuel pressure gauge and rig something up, should stay above 50psi at all times and 55-60 is better. If it's dropping or already below that then your pump might be bad.

What code is it exactly, and how many miles you have on this truck? Is it all stock (motor/fuel wise?).

Having the fuel pressure will help us narrow it down very quickly.

Default truck

it does it worst at an idle and gives a puff of smoke when you give it fuel. the miss is still there while driving but not as noticeable.

45000 miles no mods to fuel engine is stock

At idle while in gear or in park? What color is the puff of smoke?
