Show me a 6.0 that isn't soaked in oil there....
It's known as the "wet bellhousing" and I've never seen a 6.0 in person that wasn't wet with oil there. It should be covered under warranty but from what I understand about the oil leak is that the tech will put a clean piece of paper or something under the truck and it has to drip x amount of times in a specified interval, if it doesn't, it's not considered a leak, and most are not.

I've heard of that, but don't know what causes it. If you are definitely getting a puddle then I would get it fixed. I would clean it up really really well, and then see if you can definitely pinpoint where it's coming from. It can come out of so many places back there it's hard to really determine where. Are you still under warranty? You should be if you have the 06 in your info, and not over the 100k... I'd bring it in.
