As far as the cold sluggishness goes, the Edge won't unlock full power until the engine is at operating temp. I know, I have the same unit. It's written somewhere in the owner's manual, it's one of their safety features.
The biggest improvement I saw in sluggish performance was a Gillette Diesel pressure spring. SOMETIMES I have a little blue on the first crank of the day and I usually don't throw codes, well, none when all of my fuses are in good working order....

P006A isn't a real code... needs 4 numbers, no letters
P0401 is an EGR code, which you will have until you get an SCT. Usually 03-04 trucks don't throw a code, but never say never I guess...
P0671 is cylinder 1 glow plug circuit
P0672 is cylinder 2 glow plug circuit
P0676 is cylinder 6 glow plug circuit
This leads me to believe your glow plug harness might be chaffed, go over it with a fine tooth comb, and if there is ANY chaffing, replace it. This would also be why you have rough starts and some smoke on start up, since you're not going to burn any fuel in these cylinders very well until warmed up. It's also very likely it's the glow plug control module since you have multiple bad at once. These glow plugs usually dont go bad often.
V0105 doesn't seem to be a real code, which is what happens when reading with the Edge products, I've seen bullydog do it too, where it has different letters that don't mean anything. When searching for this I see almost everyone saying they get this code when they read codes with their edge. I believe the code is supposed to be U0105, not V. It is a loss of communication with the FICM. Check your connections and make sure everything is tight.
My buddy had an 04 6.0 with a bullydog triple dog. He always had a rough running one, and I told him to pull codes on it. The only codes he kept getting were some Uxxxx code which was a loss of communication with window motor. When he finally got an SCT we read the codes with that and sure enough that same code then came up as a Pxxxx and it was a glow plug issue, which is why it always started rough. Since then I haven't really trusted the funny codes that some of the "programmers" read.

I've NEVER seen codes with letters on the end. I'm interested to see what they are.
Are you friends with spokes or what's the deal?
