Could be ICP, could be rear main, there are a handful of possible causes. I've never seen a 6.0 without this just FYI.
Also to get something like this fixed under warranty is nearly impossible. Ford has a procedure to qualify it as a "leak" it needs to drop oil on the ground so many times in an hour to qualify. Most never drip, they're just wet. I dont think I'd want my entire engine removed anyways to fix a little "wetness".
