ok my truck was putting out 23psi boot before the delete now it berly hits 20 and has bad lag time any sugestions would be gratly appreciated. and just woundering if you can get the after maket head studs and gaskets as a kit. thanks for your time

did you do a full delete or just delete the valve or what? more details please?

well i no i got red off the tube. that gose to the exhaust. now its just a small one inch tube that circulates the coolant ther.

wow... i'm confused.did you put a block off plate over the valve, remove the cooler and put in a solid up pipe?

i did a blockoff plate,and removed the cooler but i dont remember a solid tube ther was a one in or 3/4 tube

Did it include a block off for the up pipe? here is the one i got to put on mine.

Obviously he capped the up-pipe otherwise he wouldn't be making the 20psi... My guess is you have a leak somewhere, probably on the turbo connections to the exhaust piping.

ok I checked for a leak it lookes like ther is one but i cant tell wher it is coming from the hole back off the engian compartment is black

Well it's exhaust if it's black. Either the downpipe or the up-pipe. Try taking the clamps off and reseating them. I had a heck of a time on an 04 truck before when I did the egr delete to get everything seated properly again. If you have a really tough time you might have to unbolt the up-pipe down on the manifolds from under the truck, then tighten the turbo to the up-pipe, then go back and retighten the up-pipe to the manifold.
