HI
how many miles on the truck

It could be the tie rod end worn (loose)

go under the front of the truck with the engine running in Park

get one of buddies to turn the steering wheel left and right

if it that bad you will see movement in the linkage before the tire actually moves....

Or you could have a bad tire??

I had the same vibration on my service van and it was a bad right tire...

at 60 miles an hour the vibtration went away
