Well I took it in today to the dealer they checked it all out and said there is nothing wrong with it, they said the reason it is puking coolant out around the cap is because it was over full, kind of funny I have never added any coolant in the 2 years I have owned it, and for the turbo the boost tested fine, I guess I will just drive it and see what happens...

When mine was blowing white smoke 'til warm, and loosing coolant it was the EGR cooler and oil cooler. That still doesn't explain the loss of boost on the turbo. That almost has to be the vanes sooted up. Does it still do it with the stock tune?

Its only lost boost the one time, it runs fine with the stock setting... Is there anything I can run in the fuel to help clean the vanes? I dumped a can of sea foam in the fuel last week, not sure if that will help but it cant hurt

if you go to your local diesel shop... i have a cummins place close to me.... they sell additive that help clean things. i know a while back my wastegate was gettin a lil dirty and i went there and they had an additive i put in and eventually it cleaned it out.... go there and ask... or if you have a friend thats turbo friendly ask him to help you take it apart and clean it.

If it keeps loosing boost, after the warranty of course, cleaning it is the best solution. However in the interim additives probably won't hurt in fact they may just help. That being said my nephew's truck started loosing boost at about 40 MPH with about 20 PSI boost. He took it to the dealer , and they replaced the turbo. If you run out of warranty and have to replace the turbo, I've read on some of these posts that Ford changed the turbo in '07 for the better. I would recommend upgrading to the '07. Also I would recommend a SCT tuner. They not only tune the engine, they also tune the tranny as well as can turn off your egr valve.
