Default Do you think it's injectors?

I've been having rough cold starts, and white smoke till it warms up to about 110 deg. when i roll down the interstate on steady throttle on flat ground i can feel like a slight hold back for a second like the brakes(not the brakes just an example) catch for a second or 2 and it goes back to normal for a couple seconds then happens again all the time i'm driving at 60 mph... i don't know if this is caused by my tires... and today when i started my truck up at work to leave for lunch the temp was 70 deg. and it warmed up to 90 or 95 before i took off and for a couple min going down the road i felt like i had a miss, and i didn't have hardley any power it felt like.... Oh yea and shitty gas mileage(12-13mpg)with a programmer, even though most of my miles are highway.

What do you think? i've heard it could be my injectors...

Ive been having rough cold starts smoke (cold) and the missing issue. So far it sounds like with my 6.0 the spool valves are sticking in some of my injectors

The 6.0 has trouble with heavier oil when its cold, try switchin to a 5 40 and getting the new flash from ford. I run 15 40 in my truck cuz i get it free from work, but the heat induction flash help alot on cold start up, plus it doesnt get that cold here. If I plug my truck in at night it runs fine. There is also an oil additive out there called Hot Shot Secret or somethin like that and it designed to help with the stication issues on the 6.0.

It dosent get cold here for the most part 40s in the morning right now. A reflash would likley fix the issue but I talked my wife into letting me spend the 2500 from tax return for some RCD 90hp injectors studs and head gaskets
