Well Injector Failures wont really be fixed by going to a larger nozzle. It may even make the problem worse. If your having problems with a 6.0 you need to start by looking at the oil change pattern , what oil and so on. BG Products does a oil system flush thats been known to help! What symptoms are you having and we'll be able to help you a little more!

Check your base fuel pressure. Low/negative fuel pressure KILLS 6.0 injectors.

ok i chainge the oil every 3000 mil i use valvalene oil and chainge the fuel filters every 6000 it dose good for quit a wile then it just blows one. but as far as syptoms it dosnt realy show any.antial after it blowes one.

so if i up my fuel pressure ill have less chances of blowing them. becouse i thought it would make the problem worse.so all i should have to do that is adjust my chip setting.becouse i can up it to 200% with my banks pda.will that help.all the pawer is ther but it just blowes them.

thanks for all the help

if you up the pressure that wont cure the problem.. your running banks tunning? when you say it blows an injector what do you mean.???
i would start with your fuel quality. where are you getting fuel at.. try a different location. change the fuel filter more often even, i dont go more than 5k on mine no matter what.
do you have any gauges or anything. able to at least see fuel pressure or anything of that matter??

There is no way to adjust the "fuel" pressure on your truck without an external fuel pressure regulator. You can add a fuel pressure gauge and get a base line and go from there.

What is failing on your injectors? Who is telling you they are bad and what are they doing? Are they replacing one at a time or did you get a few replaced?

So you are not really having injector issues as much as nozzle issues... Where do you get your fuel at? How often do you change BOTH filters? Do you run any kind of additive in your fuel?

What most times causes nozzles to break is water... Thats why I ask where you get your fuel and how often you change your filters.
