Most any of the programmers/chips with a milder tune such as a tow tune will help with mileage due to increased efficiency by optimizing your fuel curve, timing etc. The biggest factor is going to be how heavy your right foot is. Custom tunes are another option if you want a good economy tune.
A free flowing intake/filter combo, as well as a good free flowing exhaust will also help. You might look into the TS Performance 6-position chip, or a DP F5 or F6.

You and I seem to suffer from the same lead boot syndrome.

I bought an Economy tune from Eric @ Innovative Diesel and the mileage was much better than stock.
I also noticed if I stayed OFF the SKINNY pedal, I got the same mileage as stock while I was running the Extreme Street tune.

The Edge Mileage Max is working Awesome! I have installed quite a few and my customers are coming back in with a huge smile on their faces! We've been seeing anywhere from 2-5 mpg gains depending on the drivers. Even some younger guys with heavy right feet are seeing a minumum of 1.5-2. A couple of my older customers are seeing that 4-5 mpg gain. PM me if you guys want a price on them, they are pretty reasonable and I will throw in FREE SHIPPING! Can't beat that!
