Default 6 liter oil cooler problem

My 03 6liter has a blown oil cooler, I have heard that there are some pretty good aftermarket parts available that can fix this and the egr? cooler that the dealer said should be replaced at the same time. Any help would be appreciated. Truck is used for general haulin, hunting, ranch work. Not a racer. Very limited availability here for after market stuff, need to find it on the net.

Heard that an EGR delete is one way to help.
