Im sure im beating a dead horse here but here it goes..

I have a 1996 F250 with a 460 in it. I just recently purchased a 2003 F350 with a 6.0 and a 6spd manual in it. The 2003 runs and drives and the motor has been studded and deleted and transmission is only a few weeks old. The pickup was wrecked. I will be taking the 6.0 and putting it into the 1996 chassis and cab. Also before it starts " Just do a cummins swap" I do not want to do this as I already have a dodge. Anyways back on point here, as stated the pickup runs and drives, but there is not a straight panel on it, and the steering is all jacked up from being rolled. If anyone can give me some pointers or lead me in the correct direction for post's on what it takes to make this engine run as in, what is needed from the original harness, and what can be removed. I see a lot on doing a cummins swap but not finding much on the 6.0 into later year body styles. It could also be the way I am searching for it but, I figure I would ask the community here for guidance. Thanks in advance!!!
