Default ECT Vs EOT unloaded eletric fan clutch operation

So I have a new motorcraft 6.0 fan clutch and not sure if its operating correct. I have a new oil cooler, new coolant, new KDD o-ringed heads, returned all setting back to stock tunes and ever since i installed my new 6.0 clutch fan, I havent really heard it operate. I recall that i used to hear my fan loudly when initially driving away from home for the first 1/4 mile on my previous fan clutch. My EOT vs ECT last night cruising 55 -65 on the freeway was around 204 eot and 194 ect if i got on the gas oil got up to 212and ect got up 202-204 at the highest. One side note is that I do have a small coolant leak coming from my EGR O-ring that I am about to have fixed just trying to see what else should be swapped while I have my truck apart. I should of recorded the parameters at the highest while on the freeway, but i took these reading from my SCT tuner as I was on surface streets getting my house. Maybe this will shed some light on whats going on?
