F350 6.0 No power, no acceleration
I'm a brand new member to Diesel Bombers so hoping to find a little help or advice. Have an 03 with an unmodified 6.0 save an egr delete & blue spring kit, apr studs, no tuner or anything fancy like that. She just got, new turbo, fuel pump (this week) she's had new ipr & icp (last year) along with new hpop, oil cooler, head gaskets & injectors in the past 3 years. I'm religious about my oil & filter changes & she's never had a non ford filter in her. A few months ago (due to my limited income) she started having no power & takes for ever to get enough speed/rpm to shift gears (6 spd manual). I just saved enough to replace the turbo with an oem ford bought unit & no change. So I assumed as my Scanguage II values are all good, have no codes, nothing, it must be fuel related. The new fuel pump I just installed did help but not much (it is working btw, can hear it) I slao pulled the harness to it & checked for broken wires, plugs...nothing, it's good.
Can't afford to put much more into this pickup but with all the SGII values good & no codes I'm thinking either the filters (screens) in the tank sending unit are plugged or a throttle position sensor is bad. She idles good, I can put my foot to the floor & somewhst slowly she'll climb to 3000 rpm slowly in neutral. She does drive when warmed up but is absolutely gutless with NO ACCELERATION period, the slightest incline kills her to stalling point. I haven't a fuel pressure tester but can drop the tank if I have to but really hoping one of ya'll might be able to point me toward a problem??
Forgot to add, all CAC hoses are new & she doesn't sound right either (sounds like a screaming jimmy bus if that rings a bell with anyone)...she just sounds sick, can't really explain it.
Appreciate any help in advance, hope I've given enough info to diagnose a possible issue.

The SGII isn't really all that good at reading codes.
Personally I would download ForScan and get an ELM 327 adapter and see if that shows any codes.
In the meantime, what is your MAP pressure at key-on, engine-off, and at idle? How about at a reasonably hard attempt at an acceleration?
Are you sure you don't have a boost leak or a leak at the Charge-Air-Cooler?
Did you get a new VGT solenoid with the new turbo? Have you inspected the MAP sensor hose for cracking, looseness, or plugging?
A fuel pressure gauge is a pretty important thing to have IMO, but I understand they aren't exactly cheap.
Probably be wise to also watch the ICP values when trying to accelerate. Even though the HPOP and IPR are new, you might have leaks elsewhere (injectors maybe).

I have checked & rechecked all my cac tubes, hoses & connections, was my 1st thought & saving for a fuel pressure tester but the MAP tube is new the sensor is clean tho I hadn't replaced it for just that reason
Yes, the turbo came with a new solenoid & I neglected to write down what my values were at idle or under load, all seemed ok but I'll get that done & repost them for ya'll asap & will pay attention to icp specifically.
Thanks a bunch for your assistance, very much appreciated!!
