Default No acceleration/ Power

2005 F350 6.0- K/N and coolant filter system. 208,000 so yesterday I went to pass a guy (55 mph) and had the pedal 3/4 of the way down and my truck feel on its face. I noticed no boost and started to slow down. No check lights came on, I was thinking that it is the ICP that is failing on me?? Or could be the EGR stuck on turbo sticking. Is there a limp mode on these truck?? When I go to put it in drive it dies what's your guys thoughts?

Get the codes read, you can have DTCs without the CEL. Do you get any black smoke when it happens?

Hopefully you have a scan tool that can read engine parameters (if not, you need one).

Check MAP, BARO, and EBP readings w/ KOEO. They should be within 0.5 psi of each other.

Also, whe the engine is fully up to temp, you need to see what the oil and coolant temps are.

Sensors shorting out can cause these kinds of issues, so you can try starting and driving w/ them unplugged (ICP, EBP, EGR).

Default Update

I ended up taken it to the shop, I am building a house at this time so all my tool are locked away. I will have the shop send me the codes and keep you guys updated on what happens here. My guess is that it is the ICP or pedal sensor but leaning to ICP sense it died on me after I got it pulled off the side of the road.....

Ok guys, I just got a call back from the shop and and found out that the fuel filter was loose and was sucking air into the fuel line. So they put a new o-ring on and and twisted it back on and and she's good to go!!!!

Glad to hear it. Just a suggestion, injectors can be damaged if fuel pressure is less than 45 psig. It would be wise to install a sensor and a gauge for it.
