Well, I just purchased an '04 f250 CCXLT 6.0. 130k miles on her. Any suggestions on what to do to ensure she stays healthy other than standard maintenance?

 

Coolant filter
Bypass oil filter
Change oil filters halway between oil changes.

Im finding out first hand the importance of oil filtration. Im on my 4th IPR and i believe its due to oil quality. Keep an eye on temps as much as possible as well. Im also a strong believer in Kleenflow fuel additive. The stuff in the orange bottle. A lid full with every fill up. No injector issues for me so far...knock on wood.
