Default Late 04 F250 6.0 No power and black smoke.

I had a small electrical fire starting with my main fuel injector harness which caused a lot of other problems. Started with a crank no start situation. All the injector harness and cables were replaced, FICM, PCM, glow plug control module, HPOP, IPR, starter, both batteries, oil filter (motorcraft) + cap, and fuel filters were also replaced. Also using motorcraft oil. It started but was leaking oil from the turbo and had no power. Replaced turbo and upgraded down tube and o rings. Still hard to start (30-45 seconds) and no power blows black smoke while driving. Unplugged ICP and starts up great, idles fine, but still no power and blows black smoke while driving. It won't go over 60MPH. I plan to remove the EGR tomorrow and clean it then I'll do a delete and upgrade the oil cooler next week sometime. (I work 80+ hours a week so I am looking/hoping for a quick fix so I can take the family camping this weekend) I tried a reflash before I realized there was a small fire and the mech that I took it to "lost" my scanguage2 so I don't have codes at the moment. Is there a way to test the EGR without it? Check engine light is also on. Anyone have any ideas? I am hoping it's something simple that I am overlooking because I am so deep in it now.
