New here and what a way to say hello.
2007 Ford F-350 6.0.
Driving from Alabama back to Texas yesterday. Uneventful. Stopped to grab a bite to eat, shut truck down, ate and restarted all was well. Sat there for about 5 minutes talking on phone and suddenly truck idle got rough. Scanned for codes, none. Oil level was good. Nothing obvious. Being 180 miles from home I just said to hell with it and ran it the rest of the way home. Rough and sluggish. But temps and etc. remained good. Sluggish on take off, fell on its nose a little when tc locked. But I made it. No smoke at start up or idle.

6.0 bullet proof. EGR delete, stock injectors, street programmer. Intake, exhaust, etc.

Not sure where to start? Injector? ICP? Any advice is appreciated.
Started it this morning, rough idle and sluggish.
