Default to oil cooler or not?

Finally gonna do studs. Question is should I go ahead and do the oil cooler while I got the cab off even though I have absolutely no problem now? My temps are normal 186 ect 190 eot. Towing oil rarely gets over 200 and coolant usually right there with it and it goes right back down when cruising while towing. Im doing 155 warren injectors, studs, fel pro head gaskets, glow plugs, new pushrods, ford intake gaskets, updated dummy plugs and stand pipes, having the heads pressure tested and machined. Ive got 120,000 miles. Ive been egr deleted since 60k. Hate to throw 320 more bucks on something else but I really dont want to booger up everything else Im spending big bucks on. And when it says the new ford coolers are updated what do they mean by that? Just trying to get your guys opinions on it. Thanks.

I would have your machine shop mag flex the heads before going any farther. I put money on your heads being cracked.

How much? They did magna flux them and they were good. Already have everything pretty much back together and went ahead and rebuilt oil cooler. Not quite the same site it was when I first joined. Might look at joining a different site.
