Question Bad skip/studded when cold

Hey everyone one, new to this but here is my issue. I have an early 03 6.0 with 210k miles on it. A little over a year ago I replaced the egr valve and cooler, oil cooler, icp, ipr, and #7 injector. Then this past December I replaced the hpop. About a month ago it started skipping/studdering when engine is not up to operating temp. I put the computer on it and the only code I can get to pop up is p0281. I thought maybe I just got a faulty injector so many replaced it under warranty but still have the same issue. I have gone through the harnesses and have not found any bad spots or chaffing. When I monitor the ficm it's it usually around 48.5v but fluctuates a lot but doesn't go below 46v. The 2 input voltages fluctuate a lot too and don't fluctuate together which I'm not sure if it's odd or not. It has been replaced at one time because it's got a newer style in it. The truck does not go through coolant or engine oil and engine is bone stock other than what I have listed that I've replaced other than I deleted the muffler and cat. And it's got an edge programmer in it. Any suggestions on where to look at next would be greatly appreciated as I am stumped right now.

I have seen more issues with the edge products on these trucks than any other aftermarket product. Iv had a lot of trucks in my shop and I've seen every aftermarket tuning device.. the edge one is the one I've seen the most issues with. they tried to copy banks when they first came out. But I use sct custom tuning and ficm tuning so it just eliminates any issues there.. I would try unplugging your edge and drive it and see if it still gives you problems. also when was the last time you changed your fuel filters and are they oem? I would also check the connection at the ficm and chase the injector harness and see if its rubbing on anything. Where did you get the injector from?

Question

I had changed the fuel filters just within the last 2 weeks but didn't help anything. I only us ford filter. i got the injector from D&W, I send all my injection pumps and injectors to them for my farm. It's an alliant injector. I pulled out the programmer and the problem got worse, it is sluggish on power and it skips/studders all the time now. I have gone through and checked all the wiring and plug connections numerous times now thinking I may have missed a spot but nothing they all look good.

ok so believe it or not the worse I can get a truck to run the easier it could be to diagnose. are you using ford oem oil filter cap that's real short or big tall one? also when I change injectors I usually do the hole side. the only people out there I trust with rebuilding injectors is warren diesel. I have been dealing with them for the past 5 yrs and never had an issue. it sounds like your gunna start chasing your injectors and having to replace all of them. whats your icp psi and voltage like. before startup should be around 13-15 psi.. around .25volts. have you done anything with icp sensor? the 03's are a little harder to get to, sometimes easier from under the truck reaching around the trans bell housing to the top. also I would try running arch oil 9100 in the oil and drive it for 2-300 miles and see if it cleans up your other injectors.
