Hey all,
Just purchased an 03 F350 SCrew Dually 4x4 6.0 to replace my 02 SCab Dually 7.3L. Has 155,000 miles/250,000kms on it, non molested. Never chipped, all work done at Ferd. EGR and cooler were just replaced by F as well .

Here's my list of mods that I want to do in the order that I am planning on doing them. Keep in mind that I am a HD mech, will do all the work myself and have access to a shop that can lift the cab.

Aftermarket headlamps (one piece design), grille and Alien Patrol Bumper
Spare FICM half shell for the glovebox, and the ~3 tools needed to change it!
Pre-fuel pump filter
Coolant flush
SCT with custom tunes and Edge CTS monitor
EGR Delete, remote coolant filter, oil cooler replacement and turbo drain tube upgrade

Head studs, gaskets, check unison ring, maybe a 5K rpm cam...
4" or 5" turbo back exhaust
(these ^ will happen together when the cab is out of the way!!)
6.4 Banjos
Blue spring kit
CCV mod
Hutch tank mod or sump draw


Thoughts on these? This is going to be a limited use tow rig. Prob 10-12K miles a year but may tow up to 20,000lbs usually 10,000lbs. I am looking to
Bypass oil filter and remote oil filter kit. Have an amsoil kit on my current 7.3L love it.
