Default please please help 6.0 problems

I have an 07 6.0 with about 400,000 miles. It's been a great truck. Never had to do anything major til now. Before I started I had rough idle and a p0299 turbo code and oil/ coolant temp just outside 15 degrees. I just replaced head gaskets, install arp studs, all new injectors and glow plugs. Install new oil cooler. I have and egr delete kit already. After completed ran great for couple days. Then when driving had power cut in and out finally lost power. I forget what the code I got but it was for the ipr valve so I replaced the code cleared and then I got a p0470 so I just replaced the manifold sensor and cleaned out the pipe. So now it has a little puff of white smoke when I take off mostly on a inclined. Seems to vibrant more in the cab. Please help I had a 2000.00 budget and now over 3500.00 can't aford to take to dealer. O ya I'm towing a small dump trailer today and definitely not having the power it used to have especially on hills. I do have an auto enginuty scanner. Thanks in advance!!!

Default Any Luck Yet?

I did everything you did and more with only 160000 and I have a rough idle and vibration in the cab. Then out of the blue I have an injector dumping fuel so I have to tear it apart again so if you have any ideas or found anything out I would love to know.

No still the same. The only thing now is the white smoke is less every once in a while I get a little puff. I haven't changed the turbo yet to see if that's what is causing the white smoke. As for the vibration I have no idea. But she runs great! O for the loss of power it was the exhaust sensor.
