I recently just bought a 03 f250 6.0l 106k. I work on a lobster boat so money to spend. Problem being I have no idea where to start. Guy I bought it from had Apr head studs,head gaskets,egr delete oil cooler inter cooler upgrade. I believe the turbo is stock with upgrade wheel, the sum bitch whistles like a bastard pointers on how to find out what exactly would be nice(ask previous owner but forgot what he told me)also SCT tuner with innovative diesel custom tunes with anarchy setting. Mods j have added are coolant filter sinister intercooler charge pipes mbrp 4" turbo back. I am currently torn between gauges an edge CTS2 insight with probe. Oil temp coolant temp fuel pressure most important? What temps should oil an coolant be I know never more then 14 degrees apart. Wanted mods I'm considering going with sinister powermax stage 2 turbo bigger injectors built tranny air dog II . looking for suggestion on HPOP upgrades. Thoughts on twin turbos? Any info helps things I shoukd do not do. No I don't haul anything nor care about fuel milage

I like my dynamite diesel billet hpop. It's a beautiful piece of art, kinda wish it was exposed!

Upgrade that HPOP I would personally get rid of innovative tunes when you get bigger turbo and injectors and go with Gearhead tuning hands down best tuning for 6.0 powerstroke I personally dislike the display gauges just cuz a quad pod with 4 mechanical gauges looks cooler haha but that's totally up to you as far as a transmission I had a suncoast in my 06 stroker and absolutely loved it, let us know if you have anymore questions

Thanks for the replies! I do plan on getting fass fuel pump I believe it's called when I get the airdog . My plan is to have anything stock replaced haha I just bought intercooler charge pipes to replace the stock the boot on the hot side blew a whole so I went all new. Any suggestions on injectors as far as size an brand ? Have the stock garret staged up or is there a better way to go? Suggestions on the hpop I read a little bit about it but not sure what way to go . I'll be keeping my stock air intake till I'm over 500 . I will definitely look into those tunes when i do injectors just had the edge insight cts 2 for monitoring for now but i love the looks of the gagues so that might change thanks again I'm new to the diesel but it sure is fun so far

IMO Swamps Diesel for injectors and as far as turbo goes you will find what you want at swamps as well and turbo size depends on injector size, and diesel site for your high pressure oil pump and also pick up a 58v ficm from swamps as well

Will do thanks ! What about the 58v ficm from sinister any reviews on that ? I like the blue has anyone replace the back window . ? I have the old siding three piece window unheated an I live in maine rear heated window is almost a must have ! I just dont know about how its wired!
