I just bout an 03 f250 6.0l. Currently has 111k on it. Sct tuner with innovative diesel tune Apr head studs oil cooler coolant filter new ficm upgraded turbo ect. Just had oil an fuel filters done trucksye ran great. Has slight up an down rythem when idiling but not noticeable by anyone butme. I plugged in to check for codes have p2284 code showin. Started reading some say hpop could be cause as well. No huge notice in driveability maybe slight power loss. Goingn to replace sensor just looking for any extra insight.

 

Not sure what or why but I cleared the code drove it bout an hour checked codes p2284 still gone hope it stays that way I have a lot of questions new to this

 

Our yanmars have that slight hunt after the fuel filters get replaced unless you prime the holy hell out of them, ( i.e filling the filter housings, and filters ) .. i prime the system before i remove them, and luckily we have cut off valves before and after the racor filters so i dont know how relevant that is, but i hope it helps. Caterpillars.. same way.
