Default HPO leak

Need some help. I have a 2007 Ford F-250 6.0L. It has a high pressure oil leak, Ford diagnosed and verified that. (I'm not having Ford repair my truck because of the outrageous repair cost and I am confident that I can do it myself). My truck has already had an EGR delete, new STC fitting and new dummy plugs. Ford diagnosed the issue as "the HPOP itself or surrounding parts". I've torn it down to exposing my HPOP thus far. My IPR valve looks good and the screen is intact. What I need help with is figuring out why my truck is not holding a charge (I'm constantly having to recharge my batteries and I just replaced both batteries and the alternator) and what is causing the HPO leak. I don't want to assume it's the HPOP itself because of the expense. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
