Default Rough idle/misfire when warmed up 04 6.0

Hi, just pulled the motor on my 6.0. Did the head gaskets with oem ford ones, arp studs, oil cooler and o-rings on all 8 injectors and glow plugs. Got everything back together now and have run the truck multiple times. Every time I start it, it runs like a dream until my oil temp reaches about 115 degrees. Then it starts to chug and a little bit of white smoke comes out the pipe. When I give throttle it sounds/feels normal but I know something is wrong. I monitor all sensors with my edge CTS. All numbers are at par but I keep getting cylinder contribution codes #2,4 and 6 that come and go at different times which is driver side. Please help and i will send you a 6 pack.

Check your fuel pump and it might be your fuel tank, if you have not done the Harpoon and Hutch Mods, I recently did mine, the Rubber foot turns to jelly and gets sucked up the feul line then burns out your pump. Just did both of mine. My poor back
