Default 04 6.0l help

Hey everyone! I am new to this site. I am on my second Ford diesel truck. My first was an 01 F250. Great truck let her go with 438,000 miles. Body was in bad shape tons of rust. only put $1,900 into repairs over the years. Enough with that truck and onto the problem child. I now own an 04 F350. I purchased the truck with 125,000 miles on it. Since owning the truck I have done the EGR delete, 58V FICM, new stock oil cooler, ARP studs, new stock head gaskets, turbo cleaned and inspected, and 4" exhaust with no muffler. These things were done about a year ago. Oh also three new injectors. This past winter the truck started smoking white smoke on very cold days. I ran Archoil over the winter and that took care of the problem. Also got me through the summer. The last month and a half it started smoking white smoke almost constantly. Of course it gradually built up and got worse and worse. Ran pretty rough at idle and around 1,500-2,000 RPM. Took the truck into my mechanic and had him scan it. #1 injector was reading about -117. A couple other were reading off as well but not nearly as bad as #1. Decided to replace all of the injectors myself. Went with stock injectors from Ford. Got the injectors in and fired the truck up. It started a lot quicker than what I had anticipated. Smoked a bunch and gradually less and less. Let it idle for an hour. Got in the truck accidentally bumped the accelerator and the truck revved up to aroun2,100 RPM then slowly backed down to idle. Kind of caught me off guard so I bumped the accelerator again. Same result. Decided to put the truck in gear and see what happened. It was fine when it was in gear. motor did not race. Decided to test drive the truck. Made it about an 1/8 of a mile down the road and the temp shot way up and she died before I could even do anything. Oil coming from the air intake and possibly from the exhaust and the cab filled with smoke. Got a neighbor to pull me back into my drive. Tried to start it and it fired very weakly for a few seconds. That is the last it started. I am bummed any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. I do not any scanners being that I can't start the truck and get it running. So I guess I am looking for some simple things to check out if there is any such thing as simple on this truck. Oh yeah she has about 196,000 miles. I am heading out now to test the FICM. Other running rough and smoking it did run before the new injectors. Thanks for your help.

I checked the FICM and it checked out fine. Finally got the truck started with ether. Idled a bit rough and blew white smoke. Let it idle for a half hour or so. Smoke subsided a bit. Decided to drive it up and down the drive. Backing up the drive was fine until near the end. It started getting loud......motor noise. Not a good sound. Started heading back down the drive and the motor started racing. Got to the bottom of the drive and she really started racing. Turned the key off and it continued to race. Started pulling fuses to try and get it to shut down. Not sure if I pulled a fuse that shut it down or what. I have a bad feeling about this. coolant spilling out of the degas bottle and oil sprayed under the hood that seems to have come from the air intake. Thoughts, comments, opinions?????

Strange... Nothing is really coming to mind right now, maybe a little firewater and things will change!
