Default Oil color differences

Hello everyone Thank you for the Amazing help and support in the past!!

I have a 2004 f250 with a 6.0 powerstroke manufacture date 5/19/04

I have been hunting down low end oil pressure problem. I have done hpop, seals , dummy plugs, etc. on the high pressure side. I was still getting no hpop pressure with scangauge 2.

I hooked up a low oil press. gauge at the sensor behind the oil filter housing and still got no readings even after long cranks.

My question is, I notice a different in oil color between the filter housing ( super black) and the oil at the low press. oil pump gears behind the harmonic balancer (new oil color light tan/clear).

Should the colors be like that?? I know the oil comes from the pump to the oil cooler res. then to the filter housing, then to the engine. Any ideas? Its almost like the oil is not circulating.

Thanks a bunch!!

Your high pressure oil could be a bad ICP sensor that would give you low reading .
Also if you have been into the oil system and didn't make every thing was really clean you possibly could of got some junk in that little screen on the IPR . There also is screen in the bottom of the oil cooler reservoir.
Also you could switch out your LPOP just thought.

Thanks I will pull the Ipr and check the screen. I just put a new one in it I was thinking of just doing a oil cooler kit and doing that screen to

THanks
