Thanks for the reply tow truck came and towed me home after dropping it off she fired right up. Could this be a fuel filter problem? I have only had the truck a week now so I'm a Lil clueless. I know nothing about these power strokes as I was a Cummins one before. All jokes aside I do appreciate the help.

Well that didn't work went out this morning to start her up and the same result as last night. All crank no start. had a buddy tell me to replace the camshaft sensor. any thoughts? is this something I can do or? pulled the fuel filter and it looks clean but the cap was so tight it busted while trying to get it off.

First things first!
Ditch the "Edge Juice w/ Attitude" You have listed in your Signature!
I've known SEVERAL people on the forms that had erratic issues with these (or tuners in general)
Second, Do you have access to a code reader or a chance to buy a scangauge 2?
You can do a bit of diag work yourself with a scangauge. Check these out
There aren't really a TON of reasons that the truck would die and re-start again later

Like the guys above said a good place to start will sudden troubles is the Ficm. A few tips for a new 6.0L owner. Don't just read these posts and put parts on and hope for for the best . Find a really good shop or get a proper scan tool and do some research and fix it your self. Just putting parts on 6.0L will get you no were you have to find the real problem to fix it.

so here is an update i got from the shop on Friday it seems that the problems I'm having are being caused by the Edge juice with attitude. they are going to run another diagnosis on Monday after the chip is out and see if there is anything else that might be there. has anyone ever heard of this?
