Default 6.0 starts but has no power and smokes

I have owned a 6.0 for about two years now. I have been on the forums reading and browsing but have never had any issues of my own nor had any valuable input to offer anyone else. However, I now have an issue. Below is a lengthy but hopefully through description of my truck and the issues I am having as well as all tests I have done and issues I have addressed.

2007 F250 - 4x4, Crew Cab, Lariat
All stock/no mods
132,000 miles
Daily driver / Tow ag equipment - usually less than 10,000 lbs
All codes, etc. from a Mac Mentor Pro scanner

I last drove the truck in mid January while we had several days in a row of single digit temperatures (*F). Filled up with diesel and drove 60 miles. Truck sat over night with temps falling to approximately 0* F. The next day while temp was around 12* F, I started the truck (did not have heater plugged in prior to starting). It was very sluggish turning over which I attributed to the cold temps. However, it started and ran rough as it usually does. I let it warm up for about 10 minutes, it smoothed out, then I drove it about 50 miles before it lost power and began to blow white smoke. After a couple of miles it began to run rough and died. I pulled off the road and looked over and under for obvious signs. I saw nothing of concern and after sitting about five minutes, it started and ran fine. I drove about two miles before it did the same thing again (each time it died I was able to re-start, although it became more and more difficult). I was able to coast to a nearby exit and start it and pull into a truck stop parking lot. The oil pressure and temperature gauges were in normal ranges. Boost seemed to be okay when RPM's were up. No CEL or any other messages initially. After the truck sat for 10 minutes and I tried to crank it again, the batteries were completely dead. I replaced both fuel filters, opened/drained water separator, checked oil level (full), checked coolant level (half way between full and add), and jumped it off to get it started. No change. I cleaned EGR valve (it was very dirty). No change. I have installed new batteries, tested FICM and inspected wire harness the best I can without peeling off protective wrappings. Still runs rough. I hauled it home and parked it. I have had very limited time to work on it but below is information I have been able to determine:

No power
White smoke (smells like unburned fuel)
Runs rough
Oil pressure guage ok
Temperature guage ok
No check engine light (initially, but comes on now)
No "water in fuel" light

Installed two new batteries

Cleaned EGR valve

FICM:
48.2V - Key on engine off
45.4V - Cranking
46.5V - Running at idle
47.7V - Running at 2000 RPM

IPR Duty Cycle - 25%

ICP at idle - 690 psi

FLP - 3.38V
FMP - 12V

ECM - 13.6V

Codes I have pulled:

P2285 - ICP sensor circuit low
U1950 - UBP communication malfunction
B1318 - Battery voltage low
U1900 - Controller area network bus malfunction
B1352 - Ignition key - in circuit malfunction
U2013 - Compass module - no response
B1676 - Battery voltage out of range
P0403 - EGR control circuit
P0405 - EGR sensor A circuit low
P0263 - Cylinder 1 contribution malfunction
P1000 - ?

I am sorry for the long post. I wanted to provide as much info as I could up front. Any help is hugely appreciated. I have tried to provide all pertinent info based on what I have read on similar posts but I can get additional details if needed.

I would start with two known good batteries. Voltage is critical on these trucks since there is so much electronically controlled

It has two brand new Nationwide 850's in it. I installed them just after all this started.
