Hey guys, new to the forum here but I have checked every possible thread and have not seen my problem anywhere. We have an 07 f650 that had a bad motor. We bought a brand new long block for the truck and installed it just a couple of weeks ago. It is a 5.9 ISB-230 cummins. It has a brand new lift pump and a new cp3 injection pump. The problem is that it will crank over but will not start. The stop engine light comes on intermittently and will flash like an old school OBD 0 computer. If I am reading it right it is throwing a code 22 and a code 15. I know that the stop engine light will inhibit the motor from starting but I have tried everything. It has water it has oil, it has fuel, every fuse in the truck and under the hood is good. I am beating my head against the wall trying to figure out what is wrong with this truck. I have also checked fuel pressure at the rail and I am getting fuel there and I can smell it in the exhaust while trying to start it. Any fresh ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have been grabbing at straws for 2 weeks now and it seems as though I am out of straws to grab.
