2005 Ford F250 6.0 No start HELP!!
Hey guys. New to diesel so please don't bash. I have a 2005 F250 6.0. 160,000 miles. Cranked the truck up to go home one night and drove not even 50 yards and the truck died like someone turned the key off. ICP pressure is very low. Checked ficm and voltage is fine. Pulled ipr and screen looks great and valve is opening freely. Did a pressure test and didn't hear anything in the valve covers, but need to know where else I would hear air if HPOP is bad. When I put air to the ICP fitting hole, I have alot of air coming out of the turbo oil feed line(turbo is off truck right now). Is that normal? I just don't want to spend 500 on a hpop and it's fine. Please help!!

when you do an air test you have to power the IPR valve with 12volts to close it, just be careful of how long you leave it powered up, if it died like that when cold then it is very possible the HPOP died. check your low pressure pump to, either by guage or by pulling the filter and holding down the little plunger at the bottom then have someone crank it to see if it fills with oil
