Default fuel pump going out?

The other day I was towing my trailer home and my truck started to lack power then ran real rough. I pulled off the freeway and shut it down then it wouldnt restart. Towed it home and the next morning it fired up but ran really rough. I changed fuel filters and icp sensor with new pigtail and that didnt help. I borrowed my buddys snapon scanner and with the fuel pump test the pump sounds really gravely and it takes a while to fill the upper filter housing. The fli% is 17.3 and the fli v is .30. Does this mean anything? my truck is an 03 6.0 egr delete with 144,000 on it thanks for any help

if you got codes for those injectors then I would look at having the FICM rebuilt, the odds of all the injectors on pass side failing at same time are slim, even if the pump was taking a dump. injector codes for a bank at a time indicates a faulty FICM
