Update incase some else has had these issues.
Pressurized the high pressure oil system through icp and activated ipr at full open, which I have done twice before for ten minutes. This time left pressure on for 20 mins. Could hear slight air on both sides of valve covers. 45 mins could feel air with my hand.
O ring damaged on hpo tube/rail to injector on both sides of motor and more then one injector.
If you pressure test, test with pressure for an hour or more, best to do it when engine is warm, but don't burn out your ipr.
Dealer and so called diesel speciality experts shop could would be still changing parts.
Funny, you need to use this forum to figure out these engines.
Thanks diesel bombers posters

update from my side after 7 days in the shop the problem turned out to be a stuck check-valve in the stand pipe so I had them change both out and change out the rail o-rings at the same time. The truck seems to be running fine now only time will tell

You can get the injector Orings, including the top one for oil rail, off of Ebay, the dealer does not sell the top Oring and they want you to buy the whole injector. just search 6.0 Orings, look at the pic and you should see the little metal clip that holds the ring in too.
