Sounds like a hpo leak or a faulty hpop. Think I would verify lube oil pressure with a manual gauge (I vote its probably good). Have you air tested the hpo system yet?

Still wondering why hose blew off? Not a usual occurrence but it happens. Have you checked actual compression, just had one with holes in pistons from a hot tune and bad injectors, and I'm sure a hard life. Have you checked logic side of ficm? The logic side can go bad even with good volts.
