Long Cold Start
Well just recently when the out side temps got into the 30-40s its been taking longer to start. The other day it took a solid 5-8 seconds of then a big puff of white then black smoke. No rough idle or strange noises. Also have a little bit of coolant lost looked like some was dripping from the drain plug on my radiator. Any ideas?

Been kinda busy but here is whats happened so far. By buddy that works at ford came over with the computer after letting the truck sit for a few days and completely cold. Only thing that showed up was 4 or 5 bad glow plugs so we just changed all of them and let it sit again till a cold morning to start. Took a long time to crank but fired right up no problems ran fine. So we are thinking the GPCM is bad?
