Default STILL CANT NARROW DOWN PROBLEMS ON MY 03 6.0 HEELLPP!!!!!!!!

Ok..... im lost and just doesnt make since im ready to just drive this thing off a cliff.

Pulled codes of low boost solonoid curcuit ( and and ran new pigtail to turbo actuator)
Pulled codes of low ICP pressure ( icp is only a year old and put in new IPR valve and pig tail also)
Have no hard hot or cold starts issues at all. It always starts the first crank
Did VGT relearn and ran worse with turbo whistling louder and still same low power and unplug batt and then plug back and turbo low boost and still no power

When truck is cold or just a tad warm I have good power and 1/4 throttle if I floor it to wot it wont have no more than 13-15 psI of boost and rpms will go no higher than 3k and truck feels like something is holding it back
If throttle is 1/2 or 3/4 pressed no response at all except for more whistle.
Black smoke at all times. Sometimes more at wot and still have faint black and acceleration

Fuel psi is about 60 at idle 55-57 ad cruising and wot. Then when truck get completely warm and oil and coolant are at op temp. Fuel psi goes as low as 53 and goes crazy bouncing to 53 to 60 sometimes back and forth.

When truck is at full op temp stuggles to get about 45 mph and kinda picks up power as letting off throttle but throttle ends of having horrible response when truck is hot no power and still blowing smoke.
Also brand new acceleratot pedal

Also drainef water/fuel seperator and fuel did come out. Once it stopped turned on key and nothin poured out just drips. Did it a few times and one time turned key off and a stream of fuel shot.out and that was it.

Truck has sat a few months back when I was out of state working but it would still have power. Then I brough it in to have studs and work done and when I wet pick it up mechanic had it below e in fuel and when I filled her up has gotten worse ever since. Could maybe fuel line be clogged ot baggy in fuel tank be clogged just a guess or bad fuel pump.

Also about a year ago I had bad fuel pressure regulator goin out and I was low on fuel and it was blowing black smoke.and now.powrr when that happened. Kinda same symptoms but instill had some power. Just weird. I dont understand when u get an idea o it could be this but then I dont have the symptoma to confirm that idea. Just gettin to end of trying and trying. Somebody out there had yo have this happen or these symptoms. Also when truck running I can hear weird noise under struck in yhe exhaust pipe. I know its the turbo but I dont think ever heard it like that before. Please anybody out there. I lov e my truck and hsve yo get her right. Or me and her r splitting up. She spends more money that my ol lady.

pull the edge off and see if it runs better, totally unplug it, don't just turn it to stock, a buddy of mine had a bad Edge and it did the same thing.

no, I missed that part, it could be possible that you have a high pressure oil leak some where.

My truck had these same symptoms, I checked the EBP tube VGT solenoid and everything else including the vanes(thought they were stuck). Turned out I had an exhaust leak. One of my bellows cracked. Check for exhaust leaks THOUROUGHLY. Mine threw the low boost and icp code too.

^ Seen that too. Check your vanes. And if the Edge comes off, find a large object to smash it with and be done with it. Theyre absolute junk for anything other than gauges.
