Information NEEDS HELP ON A LOCK 4X4 2004 6.0

A Lock 4X4 On A 2004 Larait System Shows On Cluster 4X4 On All The Time No Matter If You Switch The Selector Into High Or Low Range
Please Can I Get Some Help

Is It Stuck In 4WD or Is The Light Just On?

yes the truck stucks and lights stay on all the time
no matter what you do

Again your confusing way of talking about is a little difficult .
I would start with looking at the shift fork , on the axial , sometimes you can get slug in that area , so pull out take a look , clean & lube , normal maintainance anyway .
Then make sure that you are getting vacuum & electrical to each component , all the way back to shifter / switches , using test lite & vacuum gauge .
Every time you take something apart , clean & lube , linkage whatever , dielectric on electrical connections .

Please Can You Help Me By Telling Me Where Is The Vacuum Connection Supply
I Found A Hose Hanging Around On The Back Part Near The Electrical Connectors

the vacumn pump is just behind the power steering pump.......the main vacumn supply hose starts right there so follow it and see if any connections are off or broken

thaks guys for your help thaks special to johntf his recomedations was accurate
the problem i have the truck stuck in 4x4 was an electrical relay close to the brake pump that control the juice thats go to the motor to move the fork
